These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkr360 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr360 website located at pkr360.org and all associated services including, without limitation, sports betting, live casino, slot games, PKR wallet operations, promotions, and customer support interactions.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the pkr360 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms take effect from the moment your registration is completed and remain in force for the entire duration of your account's existence, including after any deactivation or closure.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr360.

To register and use a pkr360 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr360 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pkr360 platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of pkr360 or any of its affiliated companies.

pkr360 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pkr360 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, email address, phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. pkr360 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

Account Verification. pkr360 may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual betting activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pkr360 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address.

• Account balances will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
• Dormant accounts can be reactivated by contacting pkr360 support and completing an identity re-verification.
• pkr360 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying dormancy fees.

Accepted Payment Methods. pkr360 currently accepts the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion applied.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your pkr360 wallet.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification is complete and current.
• The withdrawal method matches a payment channel you have previously used to deposit.
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the funds you are withdrawing.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is in progress.

Transaction Limits. pkr360 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on verification status, account history, and responsible gaming considerations. These limits will be communicated to affected players via their registered email address.

pkr360 offers sports betting markets covering PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and kabaddi, among other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.

Bet Placement. All bets are final once confirmed on your screen. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player after confirmation except where a specific cash-out or bet edit feature is explicitly offered and activated by the player within the permitted timeframe stated in the market rules.

Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager regardless of subsequent market movements.

Void Bets. pkr360 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without being completed within a stated timeframe.
• An obvious pricing error is identified (palpable error) where the published odds were materially inconsistent with the true market price.
• The integrity of the event is reasonably suspected to be compromised.
• The bet was placed using a technical exploit, software bug, or account access obtained in an unauthorised manner.

Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected PSL and international cricket matches. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, pkr360 may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments of a match (e.g., mid-over during a PSL innings) to manage liability. Bets placed immediately before such a suspension may be accepted or voided at the Company's discretion depending on the circumstances.

Maximum Winnings. pkr360 applies per-event and per-day maximum payout caps. These limits are communicated within individual market rules and may be updated periodically. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount.

pkr360's casino offering includes live dealer tables (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, and Roulette) and a slot library of over 200 titles including Ocean Lord and Lucky Neko. All casino games on pkr360 operate subject to the following rules.

RNG Certification. All software-based slot games and virtual table games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified to ensure outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced or predicted.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or shuffling performed by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, pkr360 will use recorded session data to determine the round outcome and settle bets accordingly.

Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, game disconnection, or data corruption that prevents a game round from being completed or settled correctly, pkr360 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's wallet. No winnings will be paid for a round that cannot be verified as having been completed correctly.

pkr360 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All promotions are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by specific terms stated within each individual promotion's description.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. The eligible game list for each bonus is stated within the promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are used first when placing bets, ahead of real-money balance, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• pkr360 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through low-risk betting patterns (e.g., covering both sides of a market) constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr360 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or any other form of fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one pkr360 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes to the detriment of pkr360 or other players.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that eliminates risk in breach of promotion terms.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr360 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. pkr360 is obligated to file reports with relevant authorities in respect of suspected money laundering activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the pkr360 platform — including but not limited to the pkr360 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr360 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr360 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any pkr360 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use any pkr360 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame or scrape the pkr360 website for commercial purposes.

pkr360 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles applied by pkr360 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Payment information (JazzCash wallet numbers, bank account details) is stored in encrypted form and is never shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.
• pkr360 may share anonymised, aggregated data with its licensing authority for regulatory reporting purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pkr360 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr360's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr360 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr360 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss resulting from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond pkr360's reasonable control, including network outages, ISP failures, or third-party payment gateway disruptions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss resulting from your decision to place bets or wagers — pkr360 provides a platform; the betting decisions are yours alone.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr360's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr360 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal harm.

Self-Management Tools. All of the following responsible gaming tools are available directly within your pkr360 account dashboard and can be activated without contacting customer support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits
• Per-session and per-day loss limits
• Session time reminders and mandatory reality-check prompts
• Cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Permanent self-exclusion (immediately effective, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months)

Self-Exclusion. If you activate a self-exclusion on your pkr360 account, the exclusion takes effect immediately. pkr360 will close your account, return any withdrawable real-money balance to your nominated payment method, and suppress all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Any attempt to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

pkr360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr360 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the pkr360 platform for a period of no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the pkr360 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Continued use of any pkr360 service after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of the Terms currently in force is always the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr360 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pkr360 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through pkr360's internal complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Procedure. To raise a formal complaint, contact pkr360 customer support in writing at the support email address provided on this page. pkr360 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within that period, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority under pkr360's gaming licence.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
